CHEMICAL ANALYSIS:
Every melting batch, on regular basis , samples from the molten metal are checked by the use of the spectrometer which is able to analysis on Iron base and Nickel base alloys  and determinates up to 20 components included Nitrogen in the alloy, and reports element concentrations for correction which are off their requested limits.
